your problems started after stage III..... I did a compression check on my TT and it checked out fine. It turns out I was running 5 degrees timing...car had good compression numbers at that point. I took it to the dyno and actually got the timing up to where it should be...the engine started making noise shortly there after. I even did a compression test after that and it came back ok....but there was obvious problems in the short block....we pulled it apart and found a bit of scoring on athe crank and ina cylinder.... It sounds like there are definately problems with your engine other than turbos...I would look at those before thinking about turbos...engine builds get expensive....trust me :) Good luck!!
